Terms of Service
These terms apply to TempWays temporary inboxes, forwarding dashboards, and related support at tempways.com. Last updated September 15, 2026.
Temporary addresses are suitable for legitimate short-term signups, testing, and privacy separation.
You are responsible for deciding whether you need long-term recovery access and reliable notifications.
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, infringement, or bypassing platform restrictions.
Email may be delayed, rejected, or expire, and the service is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
By accessing or using TempWays, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a valid agreement. If you cannot accept these Terms, stop using the service.
TempWays provides time-limited temporary email addresses, email viewing, and, after login, forwarding aliases, limited retention, and security settings. Current validity periods, capacities, and features are shown on the relevant page.
Temporary email is not a permanent account, backup service, or identity vault. We may change features for security, maintenance, or product reasons, while making reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Permitted uses must still comply with the rules of the websites you access and applicable law. We may restrict clearly automated, unusually high-volume, or harmful activity.
Long-term dashboard access uses a verification code sent to your login email to confirm control. You are responsible for protecting your email account, browser sessions, two-factor authentication keys, and every device with access.
Do not share verification codes or session tokens. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out, secure the destination mailbox, disable affected aliases, and contact support.
Addresses are provided for use; ownership of the domain, mailbox name, or underlying infrastructure is not transferred. An address may expire, be reclaimed, disabled, or terminated early due to abuse.
Senders and recipients are responsible for email content. You must not use the service to obtain information you are not authorized to view, or continue sharing someone else’s information that you received by mistake.
| Scenario | Service boundary | User responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Short-lived verification codes | Best-effort receipt and display | Verify the sender and use the code before it expires |
| Long-term account recovery | No guarantee that the address will remain available permanently | Use a long-term email account you control |
| Email attachments | Size or type may be restricted | Verify the source and safety before downloading |
| Forwarded delivery | May be affected by sender and destination-mailbox policies | Maintain a valid destination mailbox and check delivery status |
These boundaries help you choose the right tool; they are not a delivery guarantee. For important matters, use an email service with recovery, identity verification, and long-term retention.
Without written permission, you may not scrape, generate addresses in bulk, load-test interfaces, or bypass rate limits. Reasonable human use and normal development testing are allowed.
We may set rate, size, quantity, or retention limits based on traffic, risk, capacity, and fair use. Attempts to evade limits may result in blocked addresses, sessions, or network access.
Email is sent by third parties, and pages may mention or link to third-party brands. TempWays does not represent those third parties and does not guarantee their content, availability, or policies.
Registrations, purchases, and account relationships between you and third parties are governed by their terms. Demonstration emails are provided only to illustrate the product interface and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
We work to maintain the service, but do not guarantee that email will arrive, arrive on time, or be retained long term. Network queues, sending policies, spam filters, maintenance, and events beyond our control may cause interruptions.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features and update limits. Material changes to these Terms will be indicated by an updated date or appropriate notice.
We may suspend or terminate access if use violates these Terms, creates a security risk, harms others, or exposes us to legal liability. In cases of urgent risk, notice may not be provided in advance.
You may stop using temporary email, delete messages, disable aliases, and sign out of the dashboard. Termination does not cancel responsibilities that arose before termination.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume the risk of using temporary addresses for important accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through our support channel. Governing law and venue are determined by the location of the operating entity together with mandatory consumer-protection rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. For questions about these Terms or abuse reports, email support@tempways.com.
